When a parent gets up the courage to ask for a child to be screening, I think a <i>full</i> screening is in order, to get a <i>full</i> screen of the child. You may only get one chance to pick up on a problem; most parents if they get told once "kid is fine", that is what they want, and will get defensive if someone later comes back and says there is an issue. Besides, all that lost time!
